Once we are certain that you are ready to have us over, we will give you a quote and ask about your schedule, where we should pick it up and when. We give a 2 – 4 window period within which we usually show up to an agreed venue with our client, be it their home or just any pickup point.
 
Step 3
Once we arrive, we will run through our dryer diagnostics along with whatever info you have given earlier to determine the real problem. We do not work in a hurry but we work within a reasonable time frame within which we will do our best to figure out the problem.

• Clean lint filter after every load.
• Do not exceed drying time once it’s up to avoid clogging the venting system.
• Remove anything that hinders air flow.
• Clean dryer venting tube at least once in a year.
• Clean the interior of your dryer at least once a year.
• Do not overload your dryer. It will take longer to dry and use up more energy.
